What we handle

One system.
Two jobs.

The same ducts and the same blower carry cooled air in July and heated air in January. Work on either half has to respect the other, which is why both live under one roof here.

  • Air conditioner repair

    Capacitors, contactors, control boards, condenser fan motors, and blower motors, including variable-speed and ECM.

  • Refrigerant and coil work

    Leak detection, leak repair and recharge, coil cleaning, expansion valves, and evaporator or compressor replacement.

  • Drains, pans, and float switches

    Condensate lines cleared, float switches fitted, and primary or secondary drain pans replaced.

  • Air-conditioning tune-up

    A seasonal tune-up on the cooling side, done per system, before the first hot week.

  • Replacement and install

    Central air, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits, single zone or multi zone, supplied and installed.

Furnaces and heat

  • Furnace repair

    Flame sensors, igniters, limit switches, control boards, and furnace blower motors.

  • Burners and pilot lights

    Burner cleaning and adjustment, pilot-light repair, and flame-sensor cleaning or replacement.

  • Gas valves and heat exchangers

    Gas-valve replacement, and heat-exchanger replacement when a furnace has reached that point.

  • Furnace tune-up

    A seasonal tune-up on the heating side, done per system, before the first cold night.

  • Replacement and install

    Gas furnaces and air handlers, or a complete heating and cooling system fitted together.

Shared by both halves

Ducts, controls, and filtration belong to the whole system. They get looked at either way.

  • Ductwork and airflow

    Duct cleaning, sealing, repairs and reconnections, and full-home ductwork replacement.

  • Thermostats and controls

    Basic and smart thermostats supplied and installed, plus zoning added to an existing system.

  • Indoor air quality

    Filters, UV-C lights, whole-house air cleaners, dehumidifiers, and dryer-vent cleaning.

  • Maintenance agreement

    An annual agreement, priced per system per year.

    We find the fault

    The system gets looked at where the fault actually is, at the equipment. Then you get a plain explanation of what is wrong and a price for putting it right.

    We do the work

Do you offer warranties?

Ask us about warranty coverage when you get your quote. Parts often carry a manufacturer warranty, and we will tell you exactly what applies to your job.

What if my air conditioner stops working?

Call (555) 999-5500. The phone is answered seven days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Two things are worth checking first, because they are quick: that the thermostat is set to cool and below room temperature, and that the breaker for the outdoor unit has not tripped. Then note what the system is doing, whether that is no air at all, air that is not cold, or a unit that starts and stops. It shortens the diagnosis.
